Creative Production Model Evolution.

 

Summary:  When creative production is de-centralized it creates clutter and frustration. That’s why in 2020 our Campaign Strategy & Design team sought to centralize our creative production agencies from a disparate set of 10 uncontrolled agencies into a network of 4 core approved agencies.  This simplification served to streamline process and responsibilities and drive cost efficiencies to support the Corporate Marketing Org’s campaign creative needs.

Results:  250% Reduction in Agencies. 20% Reduction in Agency Fees.
