The New Frontier of Workplace Experience.

 

Summary:  In 2020, Citrix released a groundbreaking report on the future of work:  Work 2035:  How people and technology will pioneer new ways of working.  A fascinating forecast of 4 worlds of work trends expect technology can will unleash.  To commemorate the launch and engage executive and thought leaders, the Brand Marketing team engaged our friends at Quartz to develop an immersive exploration of the reports findings.  With the help of Quartz we engaged a community of Workplace Experience experts to add nuance, timeliness and actionability to Citrix’s research and support the development of 6 part article series, a virtual think tank event and a culminating interactive report.  The series tackled heavy topics on an AI, data and tech enabled future and translated insights into digestible and actionable guidance for leaders to take into practice today.  The series surfaced topics like “What if Robots Ran one Economy and Humans Ran Another?” and “How to Have the Automation Talk with Your Employees.” We also invited Quartz readers to join the conversation embedding surveys into articles to capture audience perspective and drive dialogue. An exciting portal into the future of work with actionable opportunities for leaders to build a positive future today.

Role: Research, Brand Marketing and Media Strategy Lead (program creation, survey development, content creation, paid media programming, management and reporting)

Results:  3K WX experts assembled across business and academia.  80K quartz readers survey respondents. 2m 7s average time spent on articles (2.7x Quartz benchmark). 33% engagement rate for interactive report (5.4x Quartz benchmark). 57% share of Quartz brand study respondents agreed our content brought them new perspective on the future of work.
