Summary: In 2019, the world of work was rapidly evolving with a wave of workers embracing mindfulness, hacking productivity, commuting across virtual space and demanding more and more of their employers and life at the office. To help leaders embrace this new lens on work, Citrix partnered with Quartz to redefine workplace strategy centered on experience:
WX (Workplace Experience)
noun. The application of UX (user experience) thinking for today’s workforce — its digital and physical spaces, processes, and cultures.
The program encompassed a four-part series aimed to equip leaders with strategies to create healthy workplace environments empowered by technology. A multi-media and experiential program, WX included a Workplace Technology Report, a Digital Tap Course Curriculum, a WX Tech Talk Executive Roundtable, and a culminating WX Half-Day Summit bringing together a diverse set of WX leaders for a workshop in creating better WX.
Role: Brand Marketing and Media Strategy Lead (program creation, execution, management and reporting)
Results: 21% Lift in Quartz Users associating Citrix with Digital Workplace Solutions.
